No one wants to have excessive stomach fat, and no one wants to see it. Whether male or female, extra stomach fat is unattractive to everyone, including yourself. Stomach fat results in clothes not fitting properly, criticism and comments and decreased confidence and self esteem. There are many methods for losing weight- from colonic irrigation to liposuction to kickboxing, but some are more effective and long lasting than others!
There are certain key things to remember:
- Your stomach fat will not reduce simply by doing lots of sit ups! You need to do holistic exercise to rid of body fat in general then specific abdominal and aerobic exercises that target stomach fat effectively. It is not just a case of losing stomach fat but of toning what’s left after you’ve lost weight.
- Cut out calories, not altogether as this can have the adverse effect by slowing down the rate your body uses up stored fat- so DON’T cut out food altogether!
- Create a regular exercise regime for yourself, you’d be surprised how much healthier and slimmer you feel instantly. Ensure you pick both holistic exercises for all of your body, and then specific ones for you stomach and abdominal area. Working on the whole body affects your metabolism positively more than narrow exercises.
- stick to lean meat for protein, fruit and vegetables and avoid sugar, saturated fat foods and junk food especially! That old saying ‘a moment on the lips and a lifetime on the hips’ is true!
