Losing fat around stomach

Sit- ups are really good, as well as more specific abdominal exercises. Yoga and pilates are fantastic ways of not over- exerting yourself whilst losing weight and feeling fit and healthy!

Often the stomach fat at the bottom is the hardest to shift, even if you lose lots and lots of weight, this always seems to be the most difficult to get rid of.
